The data we collect
Through the booking form
- Owner details: full name, phone number and whether you use WhatsApp on it, email address, preferred language
- Pet details: species, name, breed, age, sex, whether neutered, size (for dogs), health and medication notes
- Stay details: check-in and check-out dates, room and extra service preferences
- Transfer details: pick-up or drop-off address, area and flight time
- Your notes, your vaccination declaration and the date and time you gave your privacy consent
When you contact us
The information you share, and the content of our correspondence, when you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email.
Technical data
Your IP address is processed to keep the site secure and prevent misuse (for example, to limit how often the form can be submitted). Our website uses Cloudflare for content delivery and security, and the automatic bot protection on the booking form is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. The cookies we use are described in our Cookie Policy.
Why we use your data

- To care for your pet, using health and medication information for that purpose only
- To plan home pick-ups, drop-offs and airport transfers
- To keep in touch with you during the stay and send daily photos and videos

- Companies that provide our website hosting and infrastructure, and our email service providers
- Cloudflare (content delivery and security); as part of this service, data may be processed outside North Cyprus

- Competent public authorities, where the law requires it
How long we keep your data
We keep your personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, and as far as our legal obligations require. After that, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss and misuse. Your connection to our website is encrypted, and only people who need the data for their work can access it.
Your rights
Under Law No. 89/2007 you have the right to find out whether your data is processed, to access it, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, to object to its processing and to withdraw your consent.
