Daily Photo & Video Updates

We would rather your mind stayed on holiday with you. That is why we send you photos and short videos of your pet every day of their stay. This update is included with every booking; you don't need to ask for it.

What's in the update?

• A few photos and short videos from the day
• A quick note on eating, drinking and litter or toilet habits
• Play and rest for cats, walks and play for dogs
• Any medication given and notes from vet checks

In the first updates we focus on how your pet has settled into their room, their appetite and how they spent their first night — the things owners most want to know. Updates aren't only the nice moments: if your pet has eaten less, seems unsettled or something has caught our eye, we tell you that plainly too. You always get the real picture.

We send updates via WhatsApp or another channel you prefer. If you are in a different time zone, tell us and we will time them to suit you. Shy cats may not want to face the camera on their first day; in that case we won't push them, and we will tell you how they are doing in a short note instead.
