Home Pick-up & Drop-off

On the busiest day of your holiday preparations, the last thing you need is a trip to the pet hotel. We collect your cat or dog from your door and bring them home again at the end of the stay. Our pet taxi is designed so that the journey feels as calm as the stay itself.

How the journey works

Each pet travels in its own secure carrier, and cats and dogs never share the journey — just as they never share a wing. We drive calmly, avoid the midday heat in summer and bring along their familiar blanket if you have one ready. We agree pick-up and return times with you in advance, and at handover we go through the vaccination record, food and any medication together. If your pet isn't used to a carrier, we suggest leaving it open at home for a few days beforehand so it becomes a familiar, safe place.

Our hotel is in Dikmen, on the main Kyrenia–Nicosia road, so we reach both the coast and the capital easily. For first-time boarders, a home pick-up also softens the transition: you say goodbye in the familiar surroundings of home, and your pet arrives after a calm journey and settles straight into their room.

The cost depends on your area and is included in your personalised quote. Pick-up and drop-off can be booked together or separately, so if you are flying out early and coming back late, we fit around your plans.
