Bath & Grooming

Would you like to collect your pet clean, brushed and smelling lovely after your holiday? Our bath and grooming service is a gentle "going-home" pamper, planned for the last days of the stay.

What we can do

• A bath with a shampoo suited to your pet, and careful drying
• Brushing, de-tangling and removing loose coat
• Nail trim
• Gentle cleaning around the eyes and ears

We never take your pet back to their room until their coat is completely dry, something we are especially careful about in winter.

No rushing, no forcing

Not every animal reacts the same way to water and handling. For cats in particular, a bath isn't always necessary or appropriate; for many cats a good brush and a nail trim are plenty. We put your pet's comfort first, and if we see signs of stress we pause or switch to lighter care. For long-haired breeds, regular brushing can also be planned throughout the stay; it prevents matting and, for most pets, becomes a pleasant moment of attention.

If your pet has sensitive skin or allergies, or you use a particular shampoo, please let us know when you book; you are welcome to bring their own shampoo. For more involved grooming such as breed-specific clipping, please talk to us in advance so we can work out the best option together.
